Tomorrow night, the Wallowa County chapter of the Mentor Match Youth Entrepreneur Program will have its fourth meeting via Zoom. It’s how we’ve kept our teen entrepreneurs engaged and still learning through the Covid crisis. We watched TED talks on innovation and entrepreneurship and discussed those; we created our own mission statements; we brought in a great speaker. The entrepreneurs have managed to stay with the program, even if sales have slowed and regular meetings are no longer possible. Proof that in the age of Covid, you adapt. And when you do, you can still make things happen.
